In addition to my Nature Photography I offer my services as a Real Estate and Architecture Photographer. I am flexible to work around your schedule, or I can work independently based on when the lighting is best. Generally, I will photograph homes/buildings within an hour of the Quinte Region, area but I am willing to travel for an added cost. 

My rates for photography include all necessary editing, including (but not limited to) lens distortion correction, sky swap, color adjustments, removing distracting or out of place objects, and cleanup of landscaping. Generally this includes at least one photo of every major room, and up to 2 or 3 shots for kitchens, living rooms or other "selling" spaces.

I don't offer staging services myself, but I'm happy to work alongside stager or make minor  adjustments  in order to get better shots. Drone shots and aerial photos are coming soon!
